BIOGRAPHY

Megan Brink was born and raised in Rapid City, SD and is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

Megan started her professional human resources career over 5 years ago in the powerline construction industry. She has experience with change management, policy, procedure, and handbook creation, recruitment and retention, onboarding, conflict resolution, and strategic leadership. She has worked with all levels of employees to lead the company culture, develop careers, and ensure compliance.

Her personal mission statement is to inspire her co-workers, family, and friends by treating them with kindness, respect, and supporting them to reach their full potential.

Megan graduated in 2016 from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD with two Bachelor Degrees (BS) Human Services and Sociology along with double minors in Spanish and American Indian Studies.

She also holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Megan enjoys her free time doing anything outside in Paha Sapa (Black Hills), enjoying good company and conversation around a fire, and spending time at the lake with her family.
