BIOGRAPHY
Edie Clemmons (White) was born and raised in Rapid City, SD and is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and also has ties with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. She has been married to her husband Shawn for 35yrs and has two grown children, Shawn & Ashley. She is also blessed with two granddaughters Jaya 7 & Charlee 5. She was in the SD National Guard for 34yrs and a Federal Technician 33yrs all in the Finance Arena. She retired from the NG and Federal Govt in 2016. The last 15 yrs of her career she was the Accounting Officer for SD in charge of a 54 million dollar budget and supervised 8 people. Graduated in 2000 from Upper Iowa University with a BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, being with her family at the lake and Golfing.
