BIOGRAPHY
Kolby started at First Peoples Fund in 2022. She previously worked in the banking industry for almost 9 years.
Kolby attended HINU, Haskell Indian Nations University for her general studies. She also studied at MTI, Mitchell Technical Institute in the MLT, Medical Lab Technician program.
Kolby is originally from Central South Dakota, right along the Great Muddy Missouri. She is a Mother, Auntie, Sister and Daughter.
