Sondra Simone Segundo

Everything Sondra does tells a story.  Her composed Haida songs tell a story.  Her illustrations in each of her books tells a story.  Her movements while she dances in her dance group tell a story.  Although she is very accomplished in each of of these facets of her life, they are all intertwined by her passion...storytelling. Connecting and sharing stories/experiences with people of all ages has been the most rewarding for Sondra.  

In her 2013 fellowship with First Peoples Fund, Sondra tells us that she learned much in the way of time management.  Getting into a well managed routine has helped her make much progress in growing her business.  Recently her children's book, "Killer Whale Eyes" was published, and she continues to do interactive readings in her community.
