I believe that by my practicing art I can teach others to make pottery and again it will be part of our traditions and ceremonies. I believe that traditions are always in motion, and the historical part of this pottery form will help the people realize that our people were and are intelligent human beings. That we can emerge and feel comfortable in our identity and by looking into our hands and seeing our others hands, and her grandmother hands and so on, we achieve these gifts of knowledge. Bringing our voice through the art world in a positive, strong way will bring determination and pride back to the people.
