Adrian Thomas

Adrian D. Thomas is the frontman of the alternative rock band One Way Sky, representing the Gila River Indian Community. His music career began at age 17 with the Cody Blackbird Band, and it has led to over 300 performances across the U.S. and internationally. To enhance his industry knowledge, Adrian pursued a degree in Recording Engineering from Central Arizona College.

He founded One Way Sky and established it as an LLC, acquiring skills in screen printing, graphic design, videography, and editing to develop the band's brand. With over 10,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and over 350,000 streams of his single "Indian Route 15," Adrian’s total streams exceed 500,000. His TikTok following has grown to over 60,000.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Adrian has collaborated with various artists and projects, including notable acts like Boygenius and Portugal. The Man. His achievements include winning Best Vocalist at the Nickel Picnic and 1st place in the Rock’n Free Battle of the Bands. Additionally, he was a finalist in Alice Cooper’s "Proof Is In The Pudding" competition and received a nomination for Best Rock and Alternative Recording at the Native American Music Awards for "Indian Route 15."
