William Underbaggage

William Underbaggage is a renowned Oglala Lakota language and culture speaker/teacher, from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Mr. Underbaggage travels nationwide to teach and participate with Indigenous rights organizations on various issues. Among his many issues is Indigenous concern over enforcing the Declaration of Indigenous Rights. Fluent in several languages and passionately committed to Indigenous culture preservation and protection, he is an effective advocate in national and global arenas.
