Paper Making w/ Mikayla Patton

For Lakota creatives and those interested in exploring new art techniques, this beginner-level workshop at the Oglala Lakota Artspace introduces the art of papermaking using recycled paper and found materials. Participants will learn how to source materials easily, explore the papermaking traditions of different cultures, and find personal inspiration through their own stories and experiences. The class will cover the basics of pulping paper, offering a fresh perspective on art-making and fostering creativity and inspiration.
